You deserve to feel good in your body!
My classes are built around a groove-inducing playlist. We spend the first half of class flowing through gentle, linked stretches, with lots of space to move at your own speed and explore range of motion. I might throw in some core work if the group is feeling feisty. Then we round it out with some tennis ball or block massage and sweet, restful long-hold shapes. It’s a tapas-style offering that provides space to get familiar with what types of movement you like and need.

APPROACH
I provide an educational framework for class with lots of options for adapting shapes to our diverse needs and preferences. I love to use my tiny skeleton to visualize anatomy in basic terms. A spatial designer at heart, I encourage you to explore structure and balance using props and the room itself to support your movement. I am a better teacher because of my students' experimentation and openness. My hope is that we all become confident taking up space and engaging with our environment, in and out of class!
